This is my first Crock Pot recipe. I did a giveaway with my subscribers on YouTube. I asked them for suggestions. Ms. Ashanti Lane suggested I do a cheese dip, so she won. This is my take on a great cheese dip. You do not need a crock pot to make this, you can do it on a stove top. In the video, I didn’t show myself using milk, but I did put it in there and it is in the recipe. It is easy to make, very delicious, and you know we kicked it up GoodEats420 style!!

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Velvetta original cheese
  • 1 lb spicy pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 stick cannabutter (leave out if you do not want it medicated)
  • 1 teaspoon cannasalt (leave out if you do not want it medicated)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients inside the Crock Pot, except for the sausage and onions
  2. Start the Crock Pot on High
  3. Brown the sausage and onions in a cast iron skillet or frying pan.
  4. Add the sausage and onions to the Crock Pot and cook on High for another 30 mins.
  5. Bowl and Enjoy.

Tips

  1. Make sure that you cook the sausage thoroughly. You do not want to get sick from uncooked pork. You can get food poisoning that way.
  2. You can use this cheese dip for a lot of different dishes from nachos, potatoes, fries, tater tots, and many more. This can be made easily and has many uses.

Edible Dosage

In this recipe, I used cannasalt and cannabutter to medicate it. The cannasalt was only a teaspoon so there wasn’t much mg, but the stick of cannabutter was 1120 mg of THC, which made this recipe very potent. There was some additional mg added from the infused coconut oil I used when I browned my sausage. If you want to learn to calculate edible dosage, watch the videos below
