I have already done one mac and cheese video here on the channel. This is a different simpler recipe that I think everyone will love. You will end up with mac and cheese that is very creamy and cheesy. You can definitely add to this recipe or change it up to make it your own. At any rate, this recipe is great as is or as the base to add more ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 3 tbsp Creole Seasoning
- 2.5 tbsp All purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp Cannabutter
- 1 tbsp Canna oil
- 2 tbsp Salt or Cannasalt
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 350F for 35-40 mins
