Baked Chicken Breasts are delicious and depending on how they are cooked, can be a healthy lean form of protein. I am out of shape, but am working to get back into shape now. I will be eating a lot of chicken breasts going forward, so I decided to show you how I make mine. Thanks for watching.
Ingredients
- Skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps infused coconut oil or whatever oil you have
- 1 tsp cannasalt, sea salt, or reg table salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F/191C
- Oil baking dish and put tenderized chicken breasts in pan
- Season both sides of chicken with spices
- Bake for 20-35 mins
- Take out, cover with foil, and let rest for 5-10 mins
